Mr. Ronoh David has a Masters in Business Administration-MBA – Finance from Bangalore University, Bangalore City, India. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Rajasthan University, India and Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Computer Training IICT. He also has Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kenya Institute of Management – KIM.

Mr. Ronoh has a wealth of experience having formerly worked,for 10 years with James Finlay Ltd, a Multi- national company, in Finance Department, in various capacities in Accounts as well as Audit sections.

He is quite proficient in Computer literacy and vast Knowledge in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning tools – ERPs for integrated computer systems in the organizations having participated in the implementation of Harvest Information Technology Systems, integrated accounting software for Production, Engineering, Material and Financial Modules

He also attended a month long training seminar on Microsoft Office Outlook Facilitated by Zedesen and a month long training of Quantum Payroll Systems.

Mr. Ronoh has written various works including;

  1. A thesis on Corporate Finance; Term-Lending Syndication Parameters used with special reference to Vijaya Bank, the largest bank in India, and other four banks in assessing Indian Oil Company for a term loan facility.
  2. A project on Corporate Social Responsibility of James Finlays Ltd  with reference to Employees and the Community

He is attended Audit Seminar hosted in Nairobi and Kericho on Risk Management for strengthening Internal Controls as new concept in Auditing.

He is a specialist in Financial Management, Accounting and Taxation.
He is an Auditor and quite versed with Risk Management and Internal Control Tools and Human Resources Management Concepts and Functions and Customer Care Services.He is currently involved in Tax and Marketing Consultancy

He has also been incorporated as a director of Kericho Research and Technical Centre and is doing a research study on the impact of examination on young children.
