Mr. Andrew Ondari has Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology. He also has a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from Institute of Personnel Management He is  an holder of Bachelor of Arts Degree University of Nairobi, Kenya He has a Certificate Course in Computerized Management from Visions Institute of Professionals, Kenya.
He is the Associate Member in Good Standing of Kenya Institute of Management, Nairobi.
He is experienced with wide knowledge in training methodologies, adult education and development of training modules, curriculum as well as familiarity with administrative, management processes in the East African region.

  • He is leading member in the design, development of the Call Center Curriculum / Syllabus offered at Wisemen Trainers in Kenya in collaboration with Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture.
  • As a private business person, together with others, designed, installed and implemented Lecturers’ Appraisal System for Graffins College in Kenya. Supervised system and provided support in its application.
  • Extensive experience in training / public administration, in directing and interacting with former Somali public management structures
  • He designed implemented customized, high-level training material for the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI).  Fully conversant with relief, rehabilitation, recovery and development challenges in Somalia as well as issues of Somali displacement, refugees and immigration impacting on knowledge transfer.

Recent Projects Completed - October 2011; Together with others assessed HR Systems of participating organizations using the OPI tool culminating in the Company of the Year Award (COYA) 2011.
May 2011-       Successively trained, developed terms of references and recommendations for Director-Generals of Puntland State of Somalia and developed a framework for governmental
